PRICING DETAILS

Experihub wants to provide the best prices on the products and services that you avail of from the website. However, Experihub does not guarantee that the prices will be the lowest in geography. Also, prices and availability are subject to change without any notice or liability to you.

While we, at Experihub focus on providing you accurate products, servicing & pricing information, other errors may occur. In an event of any such discretion, Experihub will contact you for instructions or cancel or order and notify you of such cancellation.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

On every purchase that you make on Experihub, your shipping address will be verified with our database. If your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners / merchant or the area isn’t covered, Experihub would request you to provide an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on your partner’s delivery list. Experihub doesn’t deliver items internationally. You can, however, make purchases from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

In case you book multiple order for Products & Services in one transaction, Experihub will try to ship all the Products together. This may not always be possible due to some product characteristics / other issues. Multiple products purchased in a single transaction will be dispatched to a single shipping address. Place orders separately if you wish to ship Products to different addresses.

RETURN POLICY
1. If you receive a damaged/defective product or a product not matching with specifications as per the original order, you are required to get in touch with our customer service team through:

2. While accepting any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not tampered / damaged. In case is it, Experihub requests you to refuse to accept delivery and inform Experihub at the earliest. The return process can be restricted by Experihub depending on the nature of the product.

3. In order to return any products sold through Experihub, you are to comply with the following conditions:

a. Notify Experihub of damaged/defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to you. If you are unable to do so, Experihub will not be held responsible for failure to replace the order.
b. Products should be unused, in their original contents along with the original price tag, labels, invoices, warranty card etc.
c. Experihub will be arranging the pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its own logistics partner. You are requested to strongly and adequately pack the return parcel so there is no further damage of products during transit.
d. Experihub shall verify the returned products to verify the legitimacy of the complaint/return.

4. If the return of product is accepted by Experihub, the original value of the product as paid by you during acceptance of delivery or otherwise, will be refunded to you. Processing of the refund will be based on the mode of payment. Refunds will be subject to following:

a. Orders paid online will be refunded within 15 working days through the online account or via cheque.
b. For Cash on Delivery payments, a refund cheque will be provided to you.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation by Experihub
While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with Experihub.com, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):

a. Product No Longer Available With Our Merchant Or Temporarily Out Of Stock
b. Limitations On Quantities Available For Purchase
c. Restrictions On Quantity Or Number Or Orders As Per T&C
d. Inaccuracies Or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information
e. Problems Identified By Our Credit And Fraud Avoidance Department
f. Inaccurate Or Insufficient Address
g. Non-Serviceable Locations

Cancellation by the User

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to your account. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

We initiate the replacement or refund after receiving the product back at our center. For refunds it takes up to 15 working days for the amount to get credited to your account after we have initiated the refund.
